Daphne McMahan

Daphne McMahan was married to Cleo and they homesteaded near Meiers Lake on the Richardson Highway. They used to move into Gakona in the winter so their children could go to school. Her husband was a bush pilot, trapper, big game guide and a bounty hunter. You can find out more about Cleo in his daugher's book, Papa Was a Bush Pilot.
