Elizabeth Cook

Elizabeth Jane Cook is from Fairbanks, Alaska and has long been involved in anthropological, historical and geneological research. She has served on the board of the local Tanana-Yukon Historical Society, and is currently the organization's treasurer. She was married to the late John P. Cook, well-known Alaskan arctic archeologist, and in his later years she helped him continue with his own research and writing endeavours.  Elizabeth was an employee of the Alaska Department of Labor for many years.
