Cutting Antlers with a Saw

Summer handling of reindeer at Wilfred Kakaruk's corral (circa 1959-early 1960s). The corral was located at Canyon Creek on the other side of the bluff. In those days, they cut antlers with a saw; now sheers are used. In the foreground from left to right are: Jacob Olanna, Winfred Olanna, Norman Menadelook (Roger's brother), and James Okpealuk.
