Fish Drying Rack

Description:
First year's fish rack used for drying salmon strips. The backs of king salmon are cut into strips, soaked in a brine solution and dried on fish racks. Snow's first fish rack was mistakenly unshaded and unprotected from blowing sand, causing the oil in the fish to turn rancid and the strips to acquire silt from the riverbank. The next year's batch of strips was much better.
