Description:
People on board Holly Foss' gas boat, "Comet," a 26' long small Bristol Bay fish boat converted to a 5 HP Myanis engine, at Foss' Landing, Iliamna River, circa 1920's/late teens. Old Iliamna village is the in background. Christina Foss is sitting in the center wearing a dark coat and white dress. The young lady without arms sitting on the left is thought to be the daughter of Naknek cannery owner, Frank B. Peterson. She could paint with her toes and climb ladders.
