Freight at Foss' Landing on the Iliamna River ready to be hauled to Seversen's store at the roadhouse, 1937. The steel 55 gallon drums contained gasoline for Seversen's Roadhouse, and the wooden barrels contained 25 gallon cans of fuel. Harold "Holly" Foss (1888-1963), the younger brother of Sam Foss, is on the left. Hans Seversen (1869-1939) is on the right.
