Sam Foss And Sophie Rickteroff

Sam Foss and his wife, Sophie Rickteroff (sister of Lagaria who married Holly Foss), Pedro Bay, 1941-1945. Sam Foss was U.S. Commissioner at Pedro Bay and also the postmaster for a time. He got a hunting guide license in the mid-1920's. His father B.S. Foss moved to Old Iliamna in 1903.
