Egg House Crew

The <NN> Cannery’s Egg House, built in 1966, was one of the first in Bristol Bay to process salmon roe. This sparked an increase in female cannery workers at South Naknek. A Japanese inspector can be seen standing in the background overseeing the operation to ensure quality control and proper packaging.
