Graduates of the electronic technician training course at the RCA Institute in New York undertaken by the Bureau of Indian Affairs are greeted by Senator E. Gruening at RCA Headquarters in Anchorage. 1962. The class has just returned and will commence employment with the White Alice Communications System (WACS).
