Video of sea ice research being conducted by Dr. Andrew Mahoney, Professor of Geophysics, Geophysical Institute, University of Alaska Fairbanks with assistance from graduate student, Rebecca Rolph, on the ice of Kotzebue Sound out from Kotzebue and Sisualik on March 28, 2016. Cyrus Harris guided the group and discusses the ice conditions, a seal breathing hole they come upon, and his observations about changing ice conditions in the region.
